If this is an indoor only cat that never goes out, look close. Indoor only cats when lost get scared and hide because it is unknown territory and usually do not come out when you call. Usually are within 3 or 4 houses . Put out something with your scent such as a piece of clothing or blanket. Call at dusk, dawn and night and shake the treats. Get in your neighbour's yards and look under decks, sheds, in trees, bushes, in garages, under vehicles and hood or anywhere they can hide. Put up lots of posters. If you are searching at night, use a flashlight as their eyes glow in the dark. https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=388310901737884

Owner do your part and borrow a trap from your Vet. Set the trap close to where cat got out. Put food in the trap and an unwashed Tshirt of owner for scent. Cover the trap with a towel or cat’s blanket.
