Please call 311. They will not euthanize him on Day 1. He can be safely secured, evaluated, and seen by rescues that may be able to help. Contact local vets, 24 hour vet hospitals,local fire station to check for microchip.. IT'S FREE! Please make sure the ENTIRE body of the animal is scanned. Microchips can float! Contact neighborhood constable /Police / and vets to see if they know the pet or owner. If someone contacts you, have THEM tell YOU detail information to make sure pet goes to the right owner! If the pup is not chipped and owner is found..have the owner meet you at a vet location to have the pet chipped(strongly convince owner to fix the pup ) and then returned to them at their expense..Most counties/cities requirement is now in place..ALL pets must be chipped and registered! PLEASE be aware dogs stolen daily and used for dog fighting bait!😡 please keep this angel safe. CHECK NEIGHBORHOOD OR HOME CAMERAS IF THERE ARE ANY FOR POSSIBLE ACTIVITY! People do steal pups and dump them too😡😪 Thank you for keeping the pup safe!!🐶🐕‍🦺🙏

Kelly Howell Strange Humane Society would probably be to full to take him in. If you take to ACS he will be killed in few days. Maybe you could foster through some organization.

Tammy LostandFound Should I take him to the Humane Society? Not sure what to do. Going back later to give him food hoping he’s still there. But he was on the porch of the leasing office resting and out of the heat.
