Stephanie Sine Peresman Actually, it’s not animal abuse. He was at a Halloween event, and pet-safe paint was used. Yes, products specifically made for animals do exist. 😊 I understand your concern, but I think it’s important to know the full story before making assumptions or accusing someone of animal abuse. We all care about animals, and I'm just happy this little guy has been found! ❤️🐾
