Message from Owner

Hey! Yesterday around 7:30-8ish this cat got out around the blue beach area in Hantsport. She is going to be very scared and has been out for about 24 hours now. We have looked everywhere and looked yesterday and today but cannot find her. Please be on the lookout she is very friendly and goes by Simon! We have been looking with flashlights and shaking bags of food but still cannot find her please help us! She is very missed by a young girl.

Put a piece of clothing outdoors in a protected area with your/her scent on it, hope this brings this precious fur baby safely back home😽❤

If this is an indoor only cat that never goes out, look close. Indoor only cats when lost get scared and hide because it is unknown territory and usually do not come out when you call. Usually are within 3 or 4 houses . Put out something with your scent such as a piece of clothing or blanket. Call at dusk, dawn and night and shake the treats. Get in your neighbour's yards and look under decks, sheds, in trees, bushes or anywhere they can hide. Put up lots of posters. If you are searching at night, use a flashlight as their eyes glow in the dark. https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=388310901737884

Please place his bedding 🛏outside, along with the owner's unwashed clothing👚👖 front and back door 🚪with a can of tuna 🐟 on each entrance, you can leave your garage door a bit open as well. In case it comes in that way. And leaving food there as well. Also vacuumed home 🧹dirt in a stocking hanging it in front and back of home🏡 enterence . You can also add some catnip 🌱in a stocking hanging by your entrances. Show your neighbo🖼picture of the cat. Ten houses to the left ten house to the right front and back if they spot him to give you a call☎️ immediately. Go early in the ☀️morning and shake treats calling the cats name when things are quiet.. Tell neighbors to check their sheds and garage.Just in case it's trapped.. Also, you can install a camera 📹to monitor and see if the cat is around your house . Best of luck 🍀finding your kitty 🙏 ❤️🏡🐾
