Our indoor/outdoor cat e loves to be outside, but usually checks in often and spends more time inside in the winter. We haven’t seen him since last night and we are worried sick. He’s 15, but incredibly fast and spry for his age and so smart. An avid hunter and still playful. We worry he may be stuck in someone’s yard or possibly scared of nearby dogs and can’t get . If anyone sees him or finds him, please let us know. He is our best friend. ❤️

Neutered cats don't travel very far. If he is, he may be hiding on your property somewhere. I left my door open a crack at night, my cat who is spayed returned later at night. That trick seems to work when she got outside a couple of times.

Put some clothing outside that the cat likes to lay on. Check with the neighbors to see if the cat might be in their garage or shed. Walk around the area with an open can of tuna and call the cat's name. Post pictures of the cat around the area and on the Nextdoor app. Also, check the shelters and Craigslist.
