Colleen Shannon I'm sorry I'm not going to shut up because I'm sick and tired of your responsible pet owners it's not hard to keep your cat in the house I'm involved with rescue and TNR I recover people's lost pets I also find a lot of animals who obviously belong to somebody and they've been run over by cars or eaten by Coyotes how is it that none of my cats get out of my house but every day there's multiple people on here wondering where their animal is because they let them out are they weren't smart enough to keep the cat from running out the door it must to be outsmarted by an animal I'm just curious are you involved with rescue at all how many dead animals have you picked up off the streets for that matter how many animals have you rescued and by the way this particular cat was a rescue which means that these people need to be very responsible and take care of this cat because it's already been through obviously if it's been a rescue already but no they let it get lost so you can kiss my ass you don't like what I got to say I really don't give a I care about the animals not people's feelings

So you rescued a cat and then you let the cat go outside instead of keeping it safe in the house and now you're wondering why it's missing I've come to the conclusion that 90% of the people that have pets don't deserve them

If she is an indoor only cat she will not go far. Usually within a five house radius. She is hiding close by and will be elusive. Walk up and down your neighborhood while shaking your favorite bag of food or treats or whatever brings your kitty running to you at all times of morning , day and night. You may also want to consider using one of those toy laser lights at night to bring your cat out of hiding. Knock on neighbor’s doors and give them a good contact number in case they see her. Very important in case they are stuck in a garage or shed or God forbid even hurt. Not everyone will see your fliers and post. If you have a garage or front door, leave it cracked open just enough for kitty and leave bedding or clothing that has your scent, also leave food and water, but be aware of predators. Remember in most cases, she will be close by, so don’t give up and keep looking. You may want to consider borrowing or buying a humane trap. Be persistent and consistent and most importantly, Don’t Stop Looking! Not all cats will just show up at your door. It took us over a month to get our kitty home with the help of neighbors. God Bless you and your fur babies. Be aware of scammers. They ask for number codes and money.
