I believe it's a boy, and I believe he is neutered if it's a boy. Extremely friendly, definitely not afraid of people. He's been around for a few months. All of my neighbors have asked about owners and no one knows anything. However, people who have lived in our development longer, said he’s been here for almost a year, if not more… We all pitch in to feed him, so he's well fed. No chips on his ears. They're rounded, not pointy. He has a few scratches on the outside tips of the ears, but that could've happened while being in the wild.
