When you say sighted, does that mean that the dog is still loose, not somewhere safe, not being fed and given water?

You need to put up found dogs.Hands immediately in the area was found in on the cross streets nearby and all up-and-down the main road immediately. This old school way still works. But it has to be done in a timely matter. That's the only way this worth the key to this working is doing it immediately.. Dog fighters are watching these posts every day. They will grab any dog and get their hands on just at their dogs can it. The dog will be dead in ten seconds of it ends up in the wrong hands.. These types of people will have 0 proof ownership and will lie to you and try to trick you.Everyone absolutely has to have prove no proof no dog owners will have pictures, paperwork or a vet reference.Y'all can call together or go to together. To verify they're the owner, they will be the only one that will have this information. If anyone inquires you ask for their phone number or address and tell them you're gonna match it to the license and call their phone
