Message from Finder
Found in the parking lot of the Ace Hardware off of Ryan Road and 9 Mile a week ago by a neighbor. Checked for a chip but there was none and no shelter are willing to take him. Same neighbor is currently in possession of the dog, whom lives on the same street, but is unable to keep long term.
