Amy Pearson I knew an elderly woman who took a "stray" cat in several years ago, never bothered to get it checked for a microchip ("oh he doesn't have a microchip" 🙄); then when it came time for her to move in with her daughter, the daughter took the cat to the vet and found out that he did in fact have a chip (!) and his owners were two streets over and had told the chip company he was lost! Never give up hope! If you haven't already, put flyers all over the neighborhood, as many people aren't on social media. Be sure to give flyers to every vet clinic, rescue, and shelter in the area. Sometimes microchips can migrate, and some people may not bother to check the entire animal. Having his picture in their hands will help keep him at the forefront of their minds. Put his beds/ blankets and some of your dirty clothes on your porches and around the perimeter of your yard. I wish you the best of luck, and if I think of anything else, I'll let you know.

Yes, sadly. I have been looking for him for months. My heart hurts and I miss him so much I thought I'd push him again. No hits through his chip (pet link). I've also tried marketplace, shelters, neighbors and other community outreach. I am still hopeful.

Amy Pearson thank you for having him neutered and microchipped ❤️ Be sure to contact the chip company and tell them that he's missing. Also make sure your contact info is up-to-date on their website. Oh gosh, I just saw that he's been missing since December? ☹️
