Message from Finder
Found this dog under the underpass. Very scared and took a long time to get him this close. I couldn’t grab him, he only was able to eat out of my hand and run everytime I tried to reach. The dog is howling with his tail tucked. Teeth are clean and white. This dog appears to be young and hungry. Please help find his owner. I tried for 2 hours to get him in my car, no luck.
