Brown/Black striped tabby, clipped left ear (TNR?) and deformed front paws

Likely a stray/feral cat (probably less than 1 year old) is a little wary of me but now will let me pat or pick up, and sometimes follows me. Does not show regularly. Issue with front paws is clearly from time of birth.
