Description

Black cat with bright green eyes, possibly pregnant or eating really well?

Message from Finder

I spotted this cat in my neighbors, empty lot and called it over. Incredibly friendly and came right up to me and wanted its belly rubbed. Offered at food and water and it didn't eat or drink. It has a long hanging stomach/ is pregnant but seems to be a kitten or a young cat based on the size. White spot on its lower belly and white hair throughout its coat.
