This is Rosie. The next door neighbor took Rosie, removed her collar and tracker, and had a friend take her to the shelter as a stray. The friend asked to foster Rosie during stray hold and then rehomed her. This was a scheme to keep us from finding Rosie at the shelter. Charges have been filed, but in the meantime, we need help finding her.

Just an idea for anyone who has lost an animal. Make flyers. About 20 copies. Take one to the shelter, and ask if they can hang it up. Also ask if they can give the rest to the animal control drivers. To keep in their trucks. Give flyers to the mailman, ups and fedex drivers. Also save the post you made on lost and found. Post it once a week, just to keep people informed that you're still looking. Also keep in contact with the shelter once a week, to make sure they haven't forgotten. You may also ask the shelter if they will share your lost animal post on their page. Whatever you do. NEVER GIVE UP.
