Kai Ken- Red tiger brindle 50-60lbs Harley James (Neutered Male 8.5 years old) Service Dog missing since July 2025 Kai Ken - red tiger brindle Was picked up from richardson animal shelter by a Rhonda powers from north richland hills I contacted her and she refuses to return him or give me his location. Please help me find him, I have the woman's number that took him from the shelter. I'm deaf in one ear and Harley is my sound alert dog but he's also my everything.
