Deanna Rhoads Hines your help might be needed. This dog ran in front of my car tonight at the intersection of miller and Hawthorne in Ardmore. I turned my car around and found him on a nearby street and gave him some water. He has traveled a long way from wake forest and I’m worried he’s going to get hit by a car.

Our county park has a chip checker at by the parking lot. Fabulous. Our English Setter Rescue is grand. We adopted Opie from them. If owner is not located OESR is the best for thr dog. They make sure that thr dog has the best life.

I hope he is being kept safe and contained and fed and has water. I hope the owner sees this and if not, I hope he gets a wonderful home. These dogs are great pets. I grew up with one.

We don’t see many setters these days. I had two English Setters and later two Gordon Setters.
