FOUND DOG UNIVERSITY AND THE 202 A lady dropped this dog off at Pet Haven Animal hosp on Power and University. This dog is not chipped and does not have any tags. This dog is wearing a collar. We have contacted the city of Mesa, since Maricopa County Animal Control will not pick animals in this area) to come pick up this pooch as we cannot hold strays.
