Susan Hopkinshappy to report that nothing happened. It seems like they were just saying o to each other. However, Sunspot is understandably freaked out. My daughter has been with him for hours now, trying her best to coax him down with birdseed. But he is having none of it. I would give anything if ANYONE from PawBoost would answer our many emails, our many form submissions, our calls that go nowhere — literally anything! This poor bird.

Sunspot has now moved to the power lines in front of 1439 N Northlake Way. I just want to say again how strange it is to me that a clearly unmonitored comment section is the only way to get this info to you in real time. He could have been reunited with his family hours ago if we could just get any response from anyone. I truly hope Sunspot’s case will spur some much needed procedural changes on your side of things.

We are now several hours into actively trying to help this bird get home. It is incredibly unfortunate that we have gotten no contact from PawBoost, no response here, no response via the owner’s PawBoost email, no response via the PawBoost’s “found pet” form, the phone number provided was not in service, and there is no direct phone number to call to reach PawBoost. If you want to actually, successfully reunite lost pets with their families, it seems like being able to convey critical information about an animal’s whereabouts in a timely way is essential. My daughter is STILL with this poor freaked out bird who is refusing to come down. My husband even roamed the street from where Subspot escaped looking for anyone who might know the people who own him. We are trying our very best to help this poor scared bird, and we aren’t really getting anywhere with PawBoost, not even during business hours. Please consider a thorough review of your reporting / information gathering process.

My daughter believes she is looking at this bird right now perched on the powerlines above the Divers Institute on N. Northlake Way! We tried the phone number listed on this missing birds post, and the number is not in service. We have sent an email as well. Still no response. If anybody out there knows the owner of this bird, please message it to me right away. We would love to help this bird get home!
