Rusty jumped our fence Monday morning and has not been seen since then. We have 2 little girls that miss their orange cat very much. Rusty is typically very local and is motivated by food. He is a very sweet boy but might be defensive at first.

When I lived in Houston and my cat got out, I walked the neighborhood/blocks around my house calling for her at intervals between 12-3am (when it is really quiet) for several nights and I was able to draw her back towards our house and eventually I caught her in our yard. I have given this advice many times and so far most people have been able to find their cats. Don't give up! Your cat is probably just scared, hiding and needs to be drawn out! 🙏🙏🙏

Post on nextdoor. Post on pawboost. Tell your neighbors. Go out at night with a flashlight. Cats, when lost, hide. They come out when the area is less active. Use flashlight to help see eyeshine. Point in bushes, under cars and near houses. Be careful of people claiming they can help. Hope you find your baby soon.
