Knock on neighbours doors and put out flyers everywhere. Do offer rewards. Also go out in the night. You can hear him better then. Check the pounds too. Airtags on collars help greatly.

@ owner, be sure to also post to Lost & Found Animals of Vermont, Craigslist, front porch forum, and the Nextdoor app! Good luck!

Go outside at night with a flashlight checking in and under bushes, sheds and buildings. When the lights hit his eyes they will glow. Sometimes late evening is the best time to check as cats move in the evenings. Bring some of his favorite treats shaking the bag and calling his name. If you see him sit on the ground and let him come to you don't chase him. It is best not to put his litter box out because that can call unwanted guests and would keep him away. Leave a door or window cracked just in case he does come home and he's able to get in. You could also try leaving some of your clothing outside in certain areas. Check those areas often just in case he may be laying on them. I hope you find him soon.
