Saw a man pull up and pull this poor pup out of his truck before speeding off and abandoning him. The pup tried to run after the man but he was driving too fast. The pup is very skinny and shy/scared. I put out water and 2 bowls of food which the dog ate immediately but still will not come to me. I called animal control but no one answered and it’s been over 2 hours. I live in my car so Incant take him with me. Please help!
