EJessica Cowell can someone ask the people if cat is theirs there was a black cat off monument ave in neighbors yard I was told n just laid for awhile than got up n left the cat was offered water wonder if that is same cat. If people would just keep there cats inside I hope this cat gets right care n owners take responsibility for this cat

I believe that cat lives on Susquehanna Ave. If you're coming from Wyoming Ave, the first house on the right. I swear I've seen that cat on their porch many times.

Did the Vet check the cat for a microchip to find the owner? Call local animal shelters and ask for foster care if no owner is found.
