Jasmine is a 11.5 year old small Shih Tzu. She has become my mother in laws life since she has been diagnosed with dementia. Jasmine dug a hole under the fence and escaped early this morning. We think she is losing some hearing. She has bad knees and she is arthritic. She is friendly and gets very excited but is also skiddish. If anyone sees her please reach out.
