Adult male Tuxedo with beautiful green eyes

This handsome boy appears to be a young adult male. When I first encountered him, he was extremely skittish, but he has gradually started coming up to me for rubs and even talking to me. His behavior makes me believe he is not feral and likely had a home at some point. His eyes and teeth appear to be in good condition, but he has definitely seen better days when it comes to his weight and coat. He is on the thin side and his coat is not in the best shape. I’m hoping we can find his family or someone who recognizes him.
