Young male malinois, collared
Message from Finder
Seen on Pennsylvania and Prospect at around 3:30pm- he’s collared, but seemed spooked and wouldn’t come when gently approached. He hung out under my carport for awhile, had some water, and left after an hour or so. He seemed well cared for, but wouldn’t let me approach to check tags.
