Hang some of your unwashed clothes out so the dog can pick up your scent. If you haven’t already, call police depts. in your area, county and local shelters, vets, with a description of your dog. Some PDs are very helpful about taking info on lost/found pets. Make up large, easily read flyers and post them in your neighborhood. Post a lost ad on nextdoor.com. Visit the local shelters or humane society every couple of days IN PERSON, don't just call. They have so many dogs that it’s easy to overlook one. Good luck!

GO TO THE PET STORE AND BUY A HEATED DOG HOUSE. put good cooked chicken inside. The smell will bring your dog to that shelter. make sure you keep the shelter close to the house. Dogs this size usually stay hidden in small places. It is cold outside, and a warm shelter with food inside. could be the way for your baby to come home. keep a close watch. put his blanket inside with the chicken.
