While dogsitting, my parents and Frankie were in a car mishap on hwy 99 southbound between Avenue 328 and Betty Drive around 6am. My parents are ok, but Frankie lept out the car and ran northward on the 99 south. Please help us find our Frankie. Any help is greatly appreciated. We're worried sick
