Spotted this cat while leaving our campsite in Weiser State Forest on State Game Lands Dirt Rd at "HXWR+H23 Port Clinton, Pennsylvania" (you can put that in google maps for the exact location). It is off a steep-ish gravel road, you may need a crossover, suv, or truck to reach the location. There is a snowmobile warning sign right after you make a left at the T, this is where we spotted it. We noticed it in the same location when arriving at night and again when we left the next morning but could not get too close. Left it some food. It would probably need to be trapped or perhaps coaxed with food if you're patient enough. Seemed relatively healthy. I suspect someone may have dumped it here.
