He was found on the side of the road after chewing through his leash, and he is unfortunately very underweight. He is safe with me right now, but I’m extremely concerned about his condition and want to make sure he goes back to a home where he will be properly cared for. I absolutely want to give his family the opportunity to come forward, but I will be verifying ownership and taking his health and quality of life into consideration before he is returned.
