Found Dog

Message from Finder

Found on October 25 on Capitol Expressway near Andrew Hill High School in San Jose. He was running in the traffic lanes, at risk of being hit. About five people worked together, slowing our cars to protect him and trying to guide him out of the road and onto the sidewalk. One of the people who pulled over offered to take him home and is currently providing food, shelter and water until his home is found.

The dog needs to be scanned for a microchip, any vet can do it and it's free. A found pet report should be filed with the local shelter because that's where the owner would look. I hope you can get these messages to the person fostering the dog!

Hope someone took the necessary information from the person who offered to take home. Otherwise how can owner find the pup? Post on Nexdoor and Ring.
