Message from Finder
I found this dog with no collar on around 11am in the middle of the street at the intersection of Newport Ave and Cowan Heights Dr. I went around to a few hses nearby but nobody recognized him. I called OC Animal Services and drove him to their shelter in Tustin on Victory Rd. He ended up having a chip but they couldn't pull the data; they believe he may have been adopted and his chip data was not updated with the new Owner's information. If this is your dog call the shelter at!!
