Not sure when this was exactly, Long shot, but there was a brown chihuahua running loose off of centerville turnpike by regent university if anyone lost their baby. I made a U-turn to try and get them but I couldn’t find them on the university grounds. A few people also saw them. https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1cmui7RC36/
