Black and brown dush hound rips in ears from trying to eat a turtle years ago

Tango is a 14-year-old dog winner dog short legs black and brown on each ear one has a chunk missing and the other ear is ripped from a turtle he tried to eat long ago. Tango is going blind his eyes are cloudy. He loves squeaker toys . Even if he's not in the mood to play with him he will take it and use it as a pillow. I've had this baby for 13 years . He somehow got out of my yard. It's been almost a week and he needs his medicine.
