We adore this precious cat. He has us trained perfectly. The other cat in our hse is showing severe depression at Butters not being here. That cat belongs to our daughter who lives here.,Butters is our world. He has slept on our bed at my feet every night.,He loves and demands being combed by my husband for about 15 minutes first thing every morning. He eats my yogurt. He sits on the top of my chair. He guards the bathroom when I am in there. We have broken hearts. Someone near city line posted a picture of a cat they found that sure looks like Butters. I can’t seem to reach them. So sorry kitty is missing. My indoor only cat got out during construction and was missing for a week. Post on Next Door. If chipped, report missing to the chip company and ensure they have up to date contact info for you. File a missing report with the shelter online. I read indoor cats usually only stray 5-10 houses so I went door to door in a radius around my house and asked neighbors if I could search their backyards and under sheds. I also handed them a flyer. I walked around at night calling my cat and shining a flashlight in bushes to try to spot eyes. I cracked my garage slightly and put a lot of dirty laundry i.e. dirty sheets and blankets which helps with a scent trail. A neighbor spotted my cat in the storm drain closest to my house. I never thought to look there. It took 3 days after knowing she was in there until she came out. I do not have Ring, so I bought cheap motion sensor cameras and set them up at both doors that sent motion alerts to my phone.Good tips here: www.catsinthebag.org Paws crossed you are reunited soon.
