SEE VIP NOTE I'm reposting this for a reason. After kit Kat was let out of the car by the Walmart employee by mishap, even though he had a chip, I found out that for $35 at Petco you can buy a tracker for no annual fee and I will forever regret not knowing about this but I think the quote for telling me and I think everybody should get one because you wouldn't go through the heartache that many of us are going through right now.
