White dog, faded black on back and tail, HAS COLLAR ON!!! the collar is blue I think, has a box connected to it, idk if it’s shock or AirTag, she won’t let us get close

Idk if she’s been dumped, I’m more of thinking she’s been lost for a hot minute, very skinny, very skittish. I have 2 other dogs (one is a stray I recently saved) and my OG dog, I cannot have another. I’ve been leaving food and water out but unfortunately she cannot stay.
