Rosemarie Piserchia Oh now thats rich, the unpleasant urchin of a human who sits in missing pet groups for the sole purpose of berating individuals in dark hours of their lives, who chose to speak rudely and without any regard or respect, who is the ONLY wretch of a person to act this way, crying about someone being rude now? Wild development. I guess I started making too much sense and your overly sensitive, stand-offish, provocatory mentality didnt much enjoy it huh. Next time just be a decent human being like the rest of the people in the comment section. Out of over 40 people whom shared this post, with literally countless comments across 40+ profiles, you are the ONLY person to be disrespectful and ignorant. I know you're a bit past the age of inner-thought and self reflection but I recommend it, you could really benefit from such change. Not much of a fan of receiving the same exact energy you put out into the world huh? Don't we learn about the "golden rule" in elementary school? I know its been awhile.

Rosemarie Piserchia With all due respect I am just looking to have my bird returned, not a lesson on everything done incorrectly from a stranger whom has a mental agenda pictured out in ones head of negligence and or stupidity. Your initial comment showed you were already jumping to conclusions as opposed to offering any semblance of support or concern. I hope that if you ever find yourself in a similar situation to my own that you do not find a random keyboard warrior going out of their way to put blinders up and jump to conclusions. I'd have shared more of the entire situation had you genuinely cared to ask, but it seems as though you're more interested in pre-judging as opposed to attempting to understand/lend support. You're the only person on any post or shared response thus far to act like this. Much appreciated to everyone else's kind words of support and advice, it is beyond that of appreciated.

Rosemarie Piserchia Unfortunately she followed me out when I let my dog out in the morning, and took off immediately into a tree, got frightened, and took off far from said tree about 7 hours later. Was an awful day.

Here are some ideas to assist in your search. *Create a post on Pawboost, NextDoor & Ring, if you haven’t already. *During the daytime: use a wireless Bluetooth speaker to broadcast flock calls or your voice, shake treat bags or anything that might attract attention to food, put the cage out where it can be seen. *During the evening when searching is over, design & print off flyers with photo & contact information. These can be encased in a ziplock to keep weatherproof & posted in areas where allowed like parks, poles & any nearby gathering areas. Also drop off some at vet clinics, pet supply stores, anything within a 5 mile radius. Contact local shelters/rescues & even the police dept - they do pick up found/stray pets all the time. Make sure the world knows - neighbors esp ones that have bird feeders/baths/pools. Hand them out while searching the area. Join every local social media group there is. Run an ad in your local newspaper - some run one for free in lost & found (or cheap). Also check with local bird watcher groups - they’re always out & about. Flyers cannot be placed in mailboxes. *PLEASE CHECK WITH LOCAL ANIMAL SHELTERS & FILE A MISSING PET REPORT*
