This has been our family dog since he was 4 months old and he is now 17. We are the only family he has known. He sleeps in bed at my feet every single night, or at the feet of my youngest son who is his other special person. Chester is a very anxious doggy and may shiver and Shake in an unfamiliar environment with unfamiliar people. He is not accustomed to a kennel or a crate. He may be confused or disoriented. I just want my baby back please. This will be his second night away from us and I'm so worried that he is out there distressed whether he's alone or with a stranger. He won't eat crunchy kibble. Chicken or soft foods are best for him. I haven't given him anything with corn or any other yucky green probably in 9 years. Quality food or homemade so all he's ever gotten since then.
