Go outside RIGHT NOW and take a High Powered Flashlight and go look for him. Print free flyers off Pawboost and distribute them to all of your neighbors and ask if they have seen him. Post flyers up on all street corners and lightposts and intersections. Go door to door asking your neighbors to check their front and back yards and garages for him.. Give them a flyer. Post on all social media lost and found pets websites in Orange County. Check at OC Animal Care in Tustin daily under the Lost Pets/Cats tab for new daily intakes. Inform the microchip company he is missing and update any contact information.. Also call OC Animal Care in Tustin and give his identity, his name and your contact info if he comes in there deceased or as a stray. Don't wait for others to find him for you, be proactive and look NOW and every day outdoors scouting out the neighborhoods on your street and surrounding streets. Coyotes and care are everywhere and you need to find him fast. ocpetinfo.com

So sorry your kitty is missing 😰 You must actively look for your kitty. Please go out late at night or very early in the morning when there are very few cars and people out. Sit on your front or back stairs, wherever he’s more familiar and talk in a normal conversation voice, think low cell phone conversation. Do this for at least an hour if not longer, morning and night until found. If he likes treats and knows the sound of a treat bag do that also or any sound that he gets excited about. If he’s scared and hiding, this may be the encouragement needed to come out. Cats can hide for days. Also go to catsinthebag.org for many other helpful tips on how to find him. Good luck. I Hope he is found safe and soon. 🙏🐾💕

General Information: Set up a scent station. Hang clothes with your scent on it (Worn clothing from owner) high up outside so the familiar scent can travel and guide the cat back home. Ask your neighbors to check their yard/could be accidently stuck in their garage or shed. (If applicable) Check doorbell or home camera - or ask neighbors to check their camera. Post Fliers with a picture of the cat and your contact information in the area the cat went missing. Not everyone is on Social Media and posters have worked in that if spotted a location can be provided. If a cat is scared they make themselves safe by finding a good hiding spot and often times hide in silence. Look in bushes - bring a flashlight and look for shining eyes. Best time to find your cat is in the early morning hours when the noise level is low and they feel safe. Leave an access point open for the cat to return. This is important if they do come back in the middle of the night. Prayers your cat returns/ or is found safely. Beware of scammers.
