AJ's Owner Says
He came home on his own but this is a big warning. My husband was contacted by someone using the email address AlisonParker13467@gmail.com, claiming to have found our missing black cat, AJ. The individual sent a photograph of a black cat inside a pet carrier and demanded money. He repeatedly claimed to be "a man of God" but refused to answer questions or provide independent proof that he had our cat. We subsequently discovered a public warning from October 2025 in which another missing-cat owner reported that someone using this exact email address had claimed to have found their cat. The photograph was put into an AI-content detection tool, which reported that the image had been made or edited using AI.
