He is a very sweet dog. He is fine with our other outside dog and doesn't bother our outside cat. He seems very hesitant to let you pet him, like maybe he was abused or possibly just scared. We are feeding/watering him, but would like to find his Owner or a good home for him since we can't keep him and don't want to take him to a shelter.

He will not let us put him in the car - he is very skittish - he's eating but he cowers when you try to pet him. I do think he belongs to someone but no way to get him microchipped.

FINDER, you could call rescues in your area for assistance, technically you are fostering him maybe they can find a vetted adopter for you.
