Tuxedo Appears to be male. Definitely an indoor cat by how it behaves.

If anyone is looking for a tuxedo cat this is all I could get on him is security cam footage, hit the side arrow for the video, you may recognize his gait. Seems to be male by behavior the way he acts. I deal with feral cats all the time and he is not acting like a feral cat at all. He doesn't seem to understand feral rules or behave like a TNR cat. This is why I am posting this. He seems simply confused which is not how feral or TNR cats act. This has to be a lost cat. He is wandering Spirea Drive/Rockledge multi hse zones up and down the street as if he is looking for something. He is wandering at night only because of the heat.
