Persephone or simply 'Seffie' for short is a chubby, very timid little female cat aged approximately 3 years. She is very sweet and social but, because she lived as a street cat for most of her life, she doesn't like to be handled at all. She was last seen on Bradman Street on the evening of Tuesday 24 March 2026, before the storms that hit mid-week. If you have seen her, are keeping her safe, or know what has become of her (even if it is bad news) please let us know, as her human family and her feline family are devastated that she has just vanished suddenly without a trace! Despite having lived on the streets previously, even then she hadn't ever strayed from her 'territory' (comprised of about 4 hses including our own) in the past 2 years. She loves her food, so she would never miss her boiled chicken dinners from us. This is completely out of character for her to be missing for so long. Her bonded life partner, a cat called Barrington, is literally crying on our step for her, wondering where she is and why she isn't there at meal times. It's sad.
