My sweet boy escaped a couple nights ago by mishap and hasn’t been seen since. Due to the current weather I am very worried about him. Please check your decks or porches as he could be hiding under them. He’s a very sweet boy and will respond when called, thumbs on the front paws and a puffy orange tail. He’s my everything so please keep an eye out for him and contact me if you find/see him 🍊🐾

Checking neighbors backyard properties is crucial. (Neighbors will not check as thoroughly as you will, or at all, so ask them if you can check) Indoor cats will hide quickly after getting outside. Check under bushes and remember, when afraid, they won’t respond to you calling them. Someone in my area had their cat get out and she found him 3 and a half weeks later only 4 houses away hiding in a backyard under patio furniture. The only reason he was detected was because the lady who lived there happened to look out her window and see him under the table in the backyard and recalled seeing the lost cat notice on our community FB page. -put out (unwashed) cat bed/blankets/your clothes that smell of home -put up posters in your area- important-not everyone is on facebook + if someone sees your cat but cannot find your lost cat post -leave a basement window or garage door open enough they can get in.

I saw a cat very similar to this that was found in an area but I just can't remember where. I'll see if I can find the post. But I feel like it's close to where you are, if memory serves correctly
