Floyd Felines And Friends Please see comments, are yall able to set a trap where he was last seen and help him get veterinary care? The owner Jasmine is in the comments and someone has responded to her offering help with veterinary costs. The owner Jasmine may be surrending him due to her situation, but I'm not sure, not trying to speak for her. She believes someone took the cat from her house and dumped him somewhere. She seems to love him very much and want him to be somewhere safe and cared for.
