I can help pay for vet bills if someone can catch him. He cant bite. Just use a towl or blanket or wear a jacket. Once you got him don't let him go just put him in something secure and message me on what vet you're using

Gracie McDaniel I feel as of i failed him and I get my hopes up everyday and my dads roommate gave him away because they keep trying to go in her room and she doesn't like it and the lady down the road took him far because she knew I wouldnt have a ride and I cant get to him but his name is buggs bandit but he answers to buggs Baybey an if someone gets him please take care of him hes an emotional support baby and hes very caring hes scared of men and be careful with his stomach and chest area right in the middle he has a knot its an extra bone if you push it in he could die

The original poster/finder of this cat, a Barry Casey of Rome, GA posted the following caption and comment, but has not responded to comments since posting: "Spotted this cat on river rd 200 ft pass the boat ramp let’s find him save his life" He did comment this, but nothing since: "I tried to help the cat after stopping cat scratching me then run up a hill on the side of the road could not find her, the lower part of her neck was cut from the can cut was full of maggots" I(Caitlin, a rescuer in North Carolina) did tag a couple rescues, posted the phone number and hours for PAWS Public Animal Welfare Services of Rome, GA, and people in Georgia were still unwilling to call or help or call, so I did call PAWS and left a message for them about this cat. It's just a lot of people commenting what should be done and not actually doing anything.
