Need to catch the cat put in a carrier and take to a vets office for help in removing the can so it can be treated for the maggots and get other medical treatment. Don’t try removing it there, take to a vet and let them do it.

Jasmine Gothard wow, I enlarged the pics and the white markings on the feet seem to be the same size/length and placement. Please go try to see if you can get the cat to come towards you if you call him. Praying you have found your baby and that this cat doesn't have any lasting effects from his predicament.
