White fawny coat, brown eyes, brown snout, clean nails teeth, no fleas, no derma condition, no scars, straight up ears, female not spayed ( indoor dog lap dog doesn't take walks lives in Apt or waits in car on errands) slightly impaired- delicate, limp back leg vision impaired-, no collar no leash hand held, very delicate head face major surgery. Please handle with care, she is a Registered service animal mobility alert animal 2026: RABIES TRIVALENT VACCINE current registration. 2 yrs jail and up to 10000$ fines if found injured, abused or deceased. Nellie Bellie is a registered service animal, mobility alert animal, rabies trivalent is 2026 current registration. 2 yrs in jail if found abused injured or deceased, up to 10000$ fines for these things, she is my service animal. It is a crime. If you thought she was abandoned it's ok, just do the right thing and contact an animal shelter or BPD , the police have a report on her, they all have my info. I will forgive a good Samaritan.
