Tan/ white cropped tail looks like a possible Jack Russell mix

She’s been running around but I thought she was the neighbors dog only they just look very similar minus this poor girl having the tail cropped (or short tail if from birth) very sweet but skittish. Does appear she has been eating but also appears to have intestinal worms and moderate irritation from likely diarrhea and dehydration.
