He is also very affectionate and playful and would come into someone’s car very easily. Could you call his name and see if he responds? He knows his name well and he will come to you if you call him

This looks so much like Wesley it’s hard for me to not keep coming back to this post and it’s a male cat however, my baby had a blue collar on he is chipped, but I’m not sure if you actually took him to the shelter yet to get a scan
